A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to hold reservations. A two-night minimum stay is required. The charge for all credit card transactions is 3%.

Any group that leaves trash on the ice, under the house, or uses the restroom on the house banking will be subject to a cleanup fee of $150 or more. Please be respectful of the people who will use the house after you.
