Ice fishing season may have been done a month and a half ago, but for the last time, it happened this weekend. As the ice keeps melting and breaking apart from the edges, we were still able to walk on parts of the lake to go fishing.

Usually around this time of the year is the best time to perch fish. But with the late winter weather in Spring and not being able to go on the boat to explore other areas, we were not expecting to find the right spot. It was amazing how the perch just kept on biting without the aid of the camera and we could actually see down in the hole the perch biting on our baits one after another. We even caught our limit! 🙂
