Seasonal accommodations mid-May to mid-October. Year 'round enjoyment in Cottage B, Log Homes 2, 3, 15, 16, 17 and "Oak Ridge House".
Ease into your sparkling clean cottage. All have refrigerators, stoves, microwaves, toasters, electric coffee makers, kitchen utensils, bedding, ceiling fans, heaters and clock radios. To compliment the north woods setting, interiors are tastefully decorated, carpeted, and finished with genuine knotty pine. Relax in easy chairs. Enjoy the glorious views and cool breezes from many windows.
Roughing it is out of the question with lakeside decks or screen porches, outdoor furniture, picnic tables, and Weber grills. The 20 lakeside units are spaced for your privacy along 1/4 mile of Leech Lake shoreline. The level park like grounds are shaded by mature trees. Oak Ridge House is a comfortable year 'round home situated across Pine Point Road from the lodge.
If you appreciate being treated as someone special, you'll love Brindley's. In summer, we do fill early so call now to reserve the cottage of your choice. Your use of all the resort amenities except motorized rental boats and harbor slips is included in the cottage rental rate.

- In summer, we have a minimum stay of three nights.
- Please do not arrive before check-in times.
To confirm a reservation we require a deposit of * two times the summer nightly rental rate for the lodging unit. We do not require deposits for boat, harbor slip, golf cart or other equipment rental.
* For group reservations requiring three or more lodging units, the deposit is 3 times the summer nightly rental rate and full payment of the pre-tax lodging charges 60 days before scheduled arrival.
We hold new current year telephone reservations for up to 10 days while payment is issued and mailed. If no deposit is received within 10 days the reservation may be canceled and any unit requested will be made available for rental by others.
Departing guests have first option for renting the same unit for the same (equivalent) period the following year. If any reservation request, new or rebooking, is made before January of the reservation year, we require a $50 non-refundable partial deposit ($100 for 4 and 5 bedroom units) to have a lodging unit assigned and removed from general availability.
In early December of the year before the reservation, we will mail a request for the appropriate deposit. This deposit is due February 1 of the reservation year.
Should a guest have circumstances that make our policy unworkable, please contact us, we will try to accommodate special needs.
CANCELLATIONS – April 16, 2020
If guests are considering canceling a reservation due to Covid-19 concerns, our first suggestion is that they reschedule their visit to a date later in 2020. All deposits for the original reservation will be applied to the rescheduled 2020 reservation.
If a guest cancels any reservation, their deposit is not refundable, unless, we are able to re-rent the lodging unit(s) for the full period of the confirmed reservation. Should a refund be appropriate, a $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.
The Covid-19 virus causes concerns and many unknowns for Brindley’s, our Guests, our employees and our vendors. Because of the pandemic, we will waive our previous policy which held Guests responsible for full payment of the lodging charge for the entire length of their canceled reservation.
If a guest cancels and has made advance reservation payments in excess of the minimum required deposit to confirm a reservation, we will apply the excess to a new reservation at a future date or promptly refund the excess by check.
If, due to the virus the State of Minnesota or the Federal government issue an order to close or not seasonally open our resort, we will attempt to reschedule reservations for later in 2020.
The Campbell family is yet unsure how we will handle government canceled reservations that cannot be rescheduled in 2020. It is our intent to continue fully paid payroll for our valued employees. They have been loyal and committed to helping the success of Brindley’s Harbor Resort. We, as do most families and businesses, still have mortgage and other financial obligations. We are attempting to secure SBA and other loans that we hope will enable us to weather the tribulations of Covid-19. Major cancellations would have devastating financial implications for our business.
Thank you for being our guests. Hopefully there will soon be substantial reduction in the spread of the virus and life for all will return to normal.

- $195.00 per night - Cottage "B”
- $275.00 per night - “Oak Ridge House” or Luxury Log Homes 15, 16, or 17
- $295.00 per night - Luxury Log Homes 2 or 3
Plus tax-for up to 6 people. Extra person charge of $40.00 (plus tax) per night per person.
Two night minimum - Deposit of one nights rental per lodging unit.
Storm cancellations - deposits applied to rescheduled winter reservations.
Taxes - 6.875% State Sales Tax, .5% County Tax and 3% Lodging Tax.
We accept personal checks, VISA & Master Card.
Telephone reservations held 7 days without deposit. Deposits and reservations will be confirmed by mail.
