Year 'round enjoyment in Cottage B, Log Homes 2, 3, 15, 16, 17 and "Oak Ridge House"

Ease into your sparkling clean cottage.  All have refrigerators, stoves, microwaves, toasters, electric coffee makers, kitchen utensils, bedding, ceiling fans, heaters and clock radios.  To compliment the north woods setting, interiors are tastefully decorated, carpeted, and finished with genuine knotty pine.  Relax in easy chairs.  Enjoy the glorious views and cool breezes from many windows.

Roughing it is out of the question with lakeside decks or screen porches, outdoor furniture, picnic tables, and Weber grills.   The 20 lakeside units are spaced for your privacy along 1/4 mile of Leech Lake shoreline.  The level park like grounds are shaded by mature trees.  Oak Ridge House is a deluxe year 'round home situated across Pine Point Road from the lodge.

Your use of all the resort amenities except motorized rental boats and harbor slips is included in the cottage rental rate.

“Log Homes 2 and 3”  New in 2011.   Luxury 5 bedroom log homes.  May be rented individually as a 5 bedroom home or as a 10 bedroom interconnected unit.  Each has: King bed in upper balcony bedroom overlooking our beach.  Queen & twin in another upper bedroom.  Three remaining bedrooms have 2 twins each.  One full, two 3/4 and two 1/2 baths.  Ultra modern kitchen with 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, blender, & more.  Screen porch, fireplace, air conditioning, laundry, Cable TV, VCR/DVD, Wi-Fi.  Open all Year. **  "Guests Bring Own Towels".  We recognize that guests flying commercial airlines to reach Brindley's are charged for excess baggage.  If you are a fly in guest we will provide bath towels to help save you excess baggage fees.  Please advise us in advance of your needs. 

●   Reservations

For reservations please call our toll free phone at 888-547-5477.  We do not offer on-line booking.
Telephone reservations are held 7 days without deposit.  Deposits and reservations will be confirmed by U. S. Postal Service mail.
We accept Master or Visa credit cards but offer a 3% discount off your cottage rental if you pay both your deposit and final invoice with cash or check.
All charges are subject to 6.875% MN Sales Tax.  Cottage rent and extra person charges are also subject to a 3% Area Lodging Tax.

●   Deposits (summer)

The minimum deposit is 2 times the summer "nightly cottage rate" per each week reserved.
Your deposit is applied to the last days of your reservation and you are responsible for payment of cottage rent and tax for the full length of your confirmed reservation.

Group reservations with 3 or more cottages require a deposit of 3 times the nightly rental rate and full payment for cottage rent, boat rental and applicable taxes at least 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival. 

In case of cancellations, deposits will be refunded (less a $50 cancellation fee) only if we are able to re-rent the cottage for all nights of your reservation.

●  Extra Person Charges  -  All cottages can accommodate at least one extra person.

Each adult above the number of people in the base rate.
            Per night - $45,  Per Week - $150

Each child under age six, (including infants) above the number of people in the base rate.
            Per night - $25,  Per Week - $75

We reserve the right to charge for unregistered daytime guests.

●  Seniors discount  -  Cottage and boat rental charges for guests 62 years of age or more are discounted 5%. This discount is not applicable if any member of the group is less than 62 years.

●   Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning resulting from their stay.

●   Please ! Observe check-in times so your cottage may be properly prepared for you.
