In 2011 we built a ten bedroom, ten bath, log duplex.

It is located at the beach with great views of the lake.

It can be rented as a combined complex for 20-24 people or as a single 5 bedroom, 5 bath unit for up to 10 people. These are top quality homes with many amenities.

We designed this complex for large groups looking to complement their stay on Leech Lake with luxury accommodations. There are nine physical beds per unit. It is a short walk from the harbor and overlooks our swimming beach.

Overall dimensions are 80' wide by 40' deep. The front landing is about 85' from the lake.

Bedroom #3A has a private 3/4 bath and has it's own private outside entrance. If this "5th" bedroom is not needed by the guest renting the associated duplex, this bedroom is available for rental to a guest not associated with the main rental party.

There is a small refrigerator, microwave oven, and cable TV for the convenience of a non associated guest.

Plus tax – for up to 6 people. Extra person charge of $35.00 per night per person

* ($75 per night extra charge for holidays and Eel Pout Festival).
December 23, 24 - December 30 and 31 - February 17 and 18.
Two night minimum. $255 deposit per reservation.
Storm cancellations - deposits applied to rescheduled winter reservations.
6.875% State Sales Tax and 3% Lodging Tax. We accept personal checks, VISA & Master Card.
Telephone reservations held 7 days without deposit. Deposits and reservations will be confirmed by mail.
